Project Manager

Full-time · Office & Field · Reports to Ownership

Own projects from preconstruction through closeout as ownership’s right hand, in the office and on site.

Pay range: $110,000 – $160,000 / year

Key Responsibilities

  • Own projects from preconstruction through closeout, keeping work safe, on schedule, and under budget.
  • Manage estimates, budgets, contracts, change orders, submittals, RFI's, and billing.
  • Manage and assist superintendents throughout the project.
  • Lead subcontractor selection and scheduling alongside the superintendent.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and inspectors.
  • Track project financials and report status to ownership.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in commercial or residential construction project management.
  • Strong command of plans, budgets, and construction documents.
  • Comfortable with construction software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.

Superintendent

Full-time · Field & Office · Reports to Project Manager

Run the job site day to day and be the face of Nedbo in the field.

Pay range: $100,000 – $140,000 / year + Incentive Program

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the job site day to day, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and deliveries.
  • Manage the subcontractor bidding process and qualify bids against scope and takeoffs.
  • Manage project paperwork including invoicing, budgets and change orders.
  • Enforce safety, quality, and schedule on site, and keep daily logs and paperwork current.
  • Be the face of Nedbo in the field and the main point of contact for clients on site.
  • Solve field problems quickly to keep the job moving safely and on budget.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven superintendent or lead field experience in construction.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with field paperwork and reporting.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
  • Seasonal employment considered.

Foreman

Full-time · Field-based · Reports to Superintendent

Lead a crew and keep daily work on pace, safe, and on plan.

Pay range: $38 – $48 / hour ($79,000 – $100,000 / year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a crew on daily tasks and keep work on pace with the schedule.
  • Read plans, lay out work, and assign tasks to carpenters and laborers.
  • Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized work area.
  • Track materials and tools and flag shortages before they slow the job.
  • Report progress and issues to the superintendent.

What We're Looking For

  • Several years of carpentry or trade experience, including crew leadership.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Seasonal employment considered.

Carpenter

Full-time · Field-based · Reports to Foreman

Perform rough and finish carpentry to Nedbo’s quality standards.

Pay range: $38 – $48 / hour ($79,000 – $100,000 / year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform rough and finish carpentry to Nedbo's quality standards.
  • Frame, install, and finish per plans and specifications.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and accurately.
  • Keep work areas clean and follow all jobsite safety rules.
  • Support the crew and help train laborers as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of carpentry experience (rough and/or finish).
  • Ability to read plans and understand basic layout.
  • Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented.
  • Own basic hand tools preferred.
  • Seasonal employment considered.

Laborer

Full-time · Field-based · Reports to Foreman/Superintendent

Support the crew and learn the trade — no experience required.

Pay range: $20 – $28 / hour ($42,000 – $58,000 / year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support carpenters and crew with materials, cleanup, and site prep.
  • Load, unload, and move materials and equipment safely.
  • Keep the jobsite clean, organized, and safe throughout the day.
  • Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision.
  • Learn the trade.

What We're Looking For

  • Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
  • No prior experience required — we train.
  • Seasonal employment considered.
